A thousand years ago in the city of Darul-Ayyam, there was a distinguished king known as ABU-HUZAIFA ibn Habashiyya

King Abu-Huzaifa was a formidable warrior, possessing immense wealth including pearls and livestock, and was also deeply knowledgeable in Islamic religion. This knowledge guided him to rule justly, showing no favoritism between the poor and the wealthy in his judgments. As a result, his people adored him, and other kings in the region referred to him as ASRIL ISLAM because during his reign, Islam and Muslims flourished with freedom.

He had two daughters named Luzaiba and Zulaihat, who were exceptionally beautiful. Their beauty was unparalleled in the entire city of Darul-Ayyam. From a young age, King Abu-Huzaifa noticed that Zulaihat was more devout than Luzaiba. When they turned ten, Luzaiba stopped performing her prayers. Due to this, the king punished her to instill fear. At times, the townspeople would complain that Luzaiba would oppress them by confiscating their wealth and other similar acts.

Whenever her sister Zulaihat advised her to abandon her evil ways, Luzaiba would ignore her. This led to a fierce battle between them, resulting in severe injuries. They both collapsed, weakened and injured, just as the king and his soldiers arrived. They were carried on decorated horse-drawn carriages to the palace for medical treatment.

The next day, at dawn, King Abu-Huzaifa convened his court and summoned Princess Luzaiba. The palace was lavishly adorned with luxury items, and everywhere one looked, soldiers were ready in full battle gear for any eventuality. There was a large crowd of people, with separate seating for men and women, all arranged according to Islamic principles. When the crowd saw Luzaiba, they cursed her and expressed their disapproval.

The king raised his hand, and the palace fell silent. He cleared his throat and spoke with great sorrow, "First and foremost, we give thanks to Allah, the Almighty, for granting us the ability to hold this blessed court. Peace and blessings be upon the noble Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Secondly, I must share with you unfortunate and distressing news. My daughter Luzaiba is currently leading in committing heinous crimes that violate our religion. Therefore, according to the law of this city, she will be imprisoned to reap what she has sown."

As King Abu-Huzaifa reached this point in his speech, tears of sorrow flowed down his face. The palace erupted with murmurs, as everyone praised the king for his honesty and integrity in leadership. Without delay, the king ordered some soldiers to escort Luzaiba to the city prison. What pained the king even more was that Luzaiba showed no sign of remorse or regret.

Weeks after Luzaiba’s release from prison, she was found guilty of murdering a wealthy merchant over a business dispute. On the day before her sentencing, King Abu-Huzaifa and Princess Zulaihat wept bitterly. That night, a powerful king and rival of Abu-Huzaifa named BURZAM IBN DUNDURU sent a servant spirit to abduct Princess Luzaiba and bring her to his city.

From that day, Luzaiba remained in King Burzam’s hands, who promised her that no matter how long it took, he would invade Darul-Ayyam and reclaim the throne for her. Back in Darul-Ayyam, King Abu-Huzaifa could not find peace and launched a search to locate his daughter Luzaiba. Eventually, a traveler informed the king that Luzaiba was with King Burzam and had become his wife.

Upon hearing this news, the king was deeply saddened. Finally, he decided to send her sister, Princess Zulaihat, to King Burzam’s city to rescue her sister. This is why the young woman, Zulaihat, left her city to fulfill her father King Abu-Huzaifa’s wish of rescuing her sister Luzaiba from King Burzam’s clutches.
